Technical Information

Quartz is one of nature’s hardest minerals. Excellent® Quartz surface are combined up to 93% quartz and therefore highly durable , heat-resistant, resistant to stains, scratches.
 
Fabrication and installation of Excellent® Quartz surfacing is similar to that of granite and other other quartz surfacing product.

 
Slab Storage and handing
1.The polish surface must not exposed to the sun . 
2.  Slabs should be stored on a 150 angle with support at stop and bottom of the steel “A” frame.
3. All racking should have a protective layer between the rack and the slabs. This will help to prevent scratching or other surface damage during storage or transit.
4. Gloves, Safety Shoes should be worn while handling Excellent® Quartz.
 
Install tile on site

Use suitable adhesive for general bonding .
Please avoid use of customary sand cement for the laying.
Both floor and tile must be clean , dry and dust free.
A joint with minimum 2-3mm highly suggested for 30x30 and 60x60cm tile .

To clear up accidental spills, simply soak up with kitchen roll and wash with a soft cloth, warm water;
 
Removing Stubborn Stains
 
To remove dried-on substances may require a putty knife or non scratch pad -leaving surfaces ready to be polished to their former brilliance.
 
How to remove the ink Stains

 
The most important step to remove ink stain from surface is to act immediately, to avoid the ink penetrating the surface.
To remove ink stains from your stonework, proceed as follows:
•  Wear protective gloves;
•  Clean the area with Windex and a clean microfiber cloth;
•  Pour 91% Isopropyl Alcohol over the ink stain and let it work for 15-20 seconds. Isopropyl Alcohol will help break the stain and dilute it;
•  Remove Isopropyl Alcohol with a paper cloth, making sure that cabinets and/or other items are not contaminated by alcohol or by the diluted ink;
